Arrival and departure

Arrival

On the day of arrival your holiday home will be available from 3 p.m. at the earliest. (Notice in the weeks 27-35 the key is available from 4 p.m.) This is because the house-owner/cleaning firm has the house at their disposal until 15:00. If you have a special agreement with the tourist office with regard to an earlier arrival time, then this will of course apply.

Arrival outside the tourist office’s opening hours

The key to the house is available from the local tourist office from 3 p.m. (Notice in the weeks 27-35 the key is available from 4 p.m.) If you know you’ll be arriving outside opening hours, please contact the tourist office in order to make special arrangements to pick up the key.

Reading of meters at arrival

Read the electricity meter at arrival. If there is a telephone meter this should also be read. In some houses there are meters for water and heating to be read. Mark the readings down in the consumption form. Please note that sometimes the meters can be located outside or in a shed.

Fixed usage charge

When a fixed usage charge is applied there is no need to read the meters at arrival and departure. What kind of user charge is applied for the holiday home you have rented is stated in the rental agreement and/or the booking confirmation sent to you.

Departure
