The house with room for the whole family, and all the childrens friends. 105 square meters in 2 floors. The beach houses has 8 beds in 4 bedrooms. 2 nice bath rooms 1/w whirlpool and 1/w sauna. The house has 2 terraces. One on the ground floor and a covered veranda on the 1. floor where it's possible to enjoy the view and sun. 3 Rooms w/ 1 Double bed. 1 Room w/ 1 Bunk-bed. Kitchen and living room combined. This house is a part of the SeaWest project in Løkken. SeaWest is going to be an independent holiday village with wellness hydro, aqua park, centre building with different activities etc. Until the centre building is ready for use (est. year 2009) the houses can be booked at Løkken Turistbureau. The rent is set with this end in view and is therefore less than the expected price when the holiday village is completed. This house is part of the 1. & 2nd stage, that is completed with roads, playgrounds, gardens etc. per 01-01- 2008. Stage 3 and the centre building will be under construction during 2008/2009, some noise/dust from the construction site will therefore occur. Construction work will be carried out behind fences, and deliveries to the site with lorries and other vehicles, will only occur at the entrance to the centre.
